What a business website has to do
Visitors decide within seconds whether to stay. They want to see right away what you offer, where you are and how to reach you – on a phone, with one thumb. Everything else comes second.
Search engines and AI assistants look for the same things: one clear topic per page, real facts about location and services, short load times. Our sites are pre-rendered, meaning visitors receive finished pages instead of pages assembled on every request. That makes them quick and robust.
How the finished site shows up in search results and in ChatGPT & co. is covered under SEO and GEO. If you want more impact than a classic layout can give, have a look at 3D website design. All other services are listed on our English home page.

Website builder or custom site – an honest comparison
A builder is not automatically the worse choice. It depends on what the website needs to do for you.
| Website builder (Wix, Squarespace …) | Studio-built website | |
|---|---|---|
| Getting started | cheap, start right away | one-off project cost, fixed price agreed upfront |
| Running costs | monthly fee to the platform | hosting and optional maintenance |
| Design | a template many others use as well | your own design, matched to your brand |
| Speed | depends heavily on template and add-ons | pre-rendered and lean |
| Your workload | you build and maintain it yourself | you supply content and approve drafts |
| Switching later | moving away often means rebuilding | not tied to one builder platform |
| Fits if … | you have time, a small budget and simple needs | the site should bring enquiries and stand out |
If you are just starting out with almost no budget, a well-kept builder site is better than no website at all.

Relaunch, landing page, one-pager or bilingual site?
| Project | Fits when … | What matters |
|---|---|---|
| New company website | you have no site yet or start from scratch | one page per service so search engines can match each topic |
| Relaunch | the old site is slow, outdated or hard to use on a phone | redirect old URLs to the new ones, or rankings get lost |
| Landing page | you run a campaign, an offer or paid ads | one goal, one message, one button – no distractions |
| One-pager | your offer is small and you want to be online quickly | a single page rarely ranks for many different search terms |
| German + English site | you have customers or applicants in more than one language | separate URLs per language, linked with hreflang, and texts written for each audience |

How your website comes together
Intro call
You tell us what the website should achieve and who it is for.
Material
You send logo, photos and existing texts. We turn them into a page structure.
Draft and approval
You see a draft via a review link and approve it before the full build starts.
Launch
The site goes live – fast, mobile-friendly and with the SEO basics in place.
05
Checklist: what to clarify before you start
Goal
Should people call, fill in a form, book a table or apply for a job? One main action per page.
Domain
Do you already own a domain and have access to it? An existing domain can usually be kept.
Languages
Decide early whether you need English, German or both. Adding a second language later is possible, but planning it from the start is cleaner.
Photos
Real photos of you, your team and your premises build more trust than stock images.
Legal pages
Under the GDPR you need a privacy policy, and Germany and Austria also require an imprint (legal notice). The company details in them have to come from you.
Care after launch
Who keeps the site updated and secure? That is what the website maintenance subscription is for.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a website design service cost?
It depends on the scope: number of pages, features like booking or a configurator, and how much image material already exists. We work with fixed packages, and you receive a fixed-price quote instead of an open-ended hourly bill.
How long until my new website is live?
That depends on the scope and on how quickly logo, photos and texts reach us. The planned completion date is written into your quote.
Should my English site live on a separate domain?
Usually not. A language folder such as /en/ on your existing domain is the simplest setup and keeps all your authority in one place. Search engines are told which page is for which language via hreflang tags.
Is a one-page website bad for Google?
Not in principle, but it has limits. One page can hardly rank for many different services and search terms at once. If you want to be found for several topics, separate pages work better.
Can I keep my current domain?
In most cases, yes. The domain is pointed to the new website, and old addresses are redirected to the matching new pages so visitors and search engines lose nothing.
